Medlink Recruitment is an Australian recruitment firm partnering with clinics, surgeries, hospitals and health centres to place doctors and allied health professionals where they’ll do the most good.

Using the Medlink Recruitment website

By accessing this website you accept the terms below. They apply to anyone who visits the site — clinicians, practice managers, recruiters or general visitors.

1 General

Your access to and use of medlinkrecruitment.com.au (the “Site”) is subject to the terms set out below. By browsing the Site, submitting an enquiry, or registering your interest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not continue to use the Site.

These Terms of Use are entered into with Medlink Recruitment®, a registered business name of Choice Skills and Training Pty Ltd (ABN 25 695 088 030).

2 Recruitment Services

Any recruitment, placement or candidate-management services that Medlink performs for you are governed by separate engagement terms agreed at the point of placement. These Terms of Use deal only with your use of the Site itself and do not vary, replace or limit any specific recruitment agreement you may have with Medlink.

3 Privacy

Personal information you submit through the Site — including names, contact details, role preferences and any details shared in the contact and registration forms — is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, to match you to suitable opportunities, and to maintain our internal database of clinicians and clients. You can request access to or correction of the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@medlinkrecruitment.com.au.

4 Provision of Website & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take reasonable care to ensure the information published is accurate at the time of publication, content may become out of date and we make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful code. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medlink, its directors, employees and contractors will not be liable for any loss or damage — including indirect or consequential loss — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or any information published on it.

5 Dealings with Third Parties and Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites — for example, regulatory bodies, registration authorities, partner law firms or licensed migration agents. Medlink does not control those external sites, does not endorse their content, and accepts no responsibility for any transaction, agreement or loss arising from your dealings with them.

Where the Site references services offered by a partner law firm or by licensed MARA agents, those services are provided directly by those third parties under their own engagement terms. Medlink does not provide legal or migration advice.

All copyright, trademarks, brand elements, logos, layout, code and content published on the Site are owned by, or licensed to, Choice Skills and Training Pty Ltd trading as Medlink Recruitment. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, modify, republish, sell, license or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent. The Medlink Recruitment® name and logo may not be used in connection with any product, service or campaign without our written approval.

7 Disclaimers

The Site is provided to give general information about our recruitment services and the Australian healthcare landscape. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, migration, tax, financial or clinical advice, and the Site should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Medlink does not guarantee the availability of any role, the timing of placement, the outcome of any registration or visa application, or that registering your interest will result in an offer. Opportunities are subject to client requirements, regulatory approvals and the prevailing market.

8 Uploading Content to the Site

Where you submit content through the Site — for example a resume, cover note, role brief or other information — you confirm that the content is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. You grant Medlink a non-exclusive licence to store, use and share that content with prospective clients or candidates for the purpose of progressing your enquiry, subject always to our privacy obligations.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our services, in technology, or in applicable law. Updates take effect from the date they are posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after a change is published is taken to be acceptance of the revised terms.
